Code of conduct

1. You respect your community and are committed to creating a positive environment on your channels and platforms.
2. Whether in the context of presenting one of our games or more broadly across all communication on your platforms, you shall not publish any content or encourage your community to publish content that could undermine the integrity of others, including any act that constitutes discrimination, harassment, incitement of hatred, violence or illegal activities, insults, defamation, disparagement, or any behaviour encouraging such acts, as well as any indecent content.
   In particular, without impeding your freedom of expression, you shall not publish any content intended to defame Focus Entertainment Publishing and its partner studios or disparage their products with the aim of damaging their image. These requirements apply to your behaviour in the game as well as your interactions with other players in such contexts.
3. When presenting one of our games on your platforms, you shall not use, share, or encourage any method of piracy or cheating.
4. The benefits provided to you by Focus Entertainment Publishing are for your personal use only and may under no circumstances be sold or redistributed in any form whatsoever.
5. No form of identity theft, spamming or phishing directed at Focus Entertainment Publishing, or your community will be tolerated.
6. Should you gain early access to our games (previews, reviews, Betas), you agree to strictly adhere to the embargo date and:or publication restrictions that will be shared with you via email.

Focus Entertainment Publishing reserves the right to terminate all collaborations with a creator should any behaviour deemed contrary to the company’s values be identified.
